Get game night out of the group chat.
The games are ready. Now find a night your friends can make. Share one link, let everyone pick their free days, and see which dates bring the group together.
Everyone’s days. One clear choice.
Pick a date for your next game night
Invite the group
Name your plan “Friday board games” or “Our next D&D session.” Send its invitation link in your usual group chat.
Pick possible nights
Everyone adds their name and free days. Mark favorite dates as Preferred, then save your days. Up to 15 people can join.
Make the call
Compare the dates and who can come. Choose the final day, add the start time and location, and share the result.
A date is only part of a good game night
- Agree on the kind of night. A quick card game and a long campaign session need different amounts of time. Mention the likely start and finish in your invitation.
- Know who you need there. For a campaign, check the game master’s days first. For board games, agree on a minimum player count, then check the people listed on each date.
- Give people a reply date. “Please add your days by Wednesday” gives you a point to make the decision. Send a friendly reminder in the chat if needed.
- Keep the details together. Once the date is chosen, add the location and notes about games or snacks. Share the final announcement so everyone knows it’s set.

Good to know
Is this a board game picker or a date planner?
It helps your group pick a date. It does not recommend or choose which board game to play. You can add your game choices to the plan’s details.
Can we use it for a regular D&D group?
Yes. Create a plan for the next session and have everyone mark their days. Check that the game master and any essential players can attend before choosing the date.
Does it create a recurring weekly event?
No automatic repeating schedule is created. Start a new plan when you need to find a date for the next session. Give each session a clear name so it is easy to find in My Plans.
Does it remind people to reply?
Pick Our Day does not automatically message your group. You can send a reminder yourself and use the plan’s calendar reminder option as a personal reminder.
Can another person help organize?
Yes. New plans let the organizer invite another organizer to help manage details and choose the final date. Older plans keep their existing shared controls.
