Looking for When2meet, but for days?
When your first question is “which day can we all make?”, start there. Pick Our Day lets friends mark whole days as Free or Preferred, then helps you compare the best dates.
Everyone’s days. One clear choice.
A different starting point for getting together
When2meet’s event form asks for dates or days of the week, a time range, and a time zone. That’s useful when you need to compare availability within the day. Pick Our Day starts with which day. Once you’ve picked it, add the time and place to your plan.
| Planning step | Pick Our Day | When2meet |

| Name your event | Give your plan a name. | Enter a new event name. |

| Get started | Free, with no account required. | A free event form with no account field. |

Which approach fits your plan?
Try Pick Our Day for a family dinner, a game night, or choosing days for a trip. If the exact hour is your main constraint, a tool that compares time slots may fit better. Pick Our Day does not poll hourly availability.
Start a fresh plan in three steps
There’s no automatic import from When2meet. Ask your group to add their days to your new Pick Our Day link.
Name your plan
Use something your group will recognize, like “September family dinner.” Create it and copy the invitation link.
Collect everyone’s days
Share the link in your group chat. Each person adds their name, selects free days, and saves their choices.
Choose and share
Review the best dates and who can come. Choose the final day, add the time and place, and tell your group.
Good to know
Is Pick Our Day a free When2meet alternative?
Yes, if you want to compare whole days. You can create a plan for up to 15 people, collect Free and Preferred days, and choose a date without an account or subscription.
Does everyone need to sign in?
No. Participants open the invitation link and add their name and days. Optional email sign-in in My Plans lets you save plans to your account and find them across devices.
Can I use it to find a meeting time?
You can add a time after choosing the date, but Pick Our Day does not compare hourly availability or convert time slots between time zones.
What if no date works for everyone?
Check who can make each date, ask whether essential guests have any flexibility, or try a different date window. A calendar can show the overlap; your group decides the trade-offs.
